  • producing an anti-racist action plan, which will include a race equality audit, and comprehensive anti-racism training for all members and staff;
  • encouraging our members to attend anti-racism training;
  • setting targets to provide an effective way of measuring both our challenges and our results;
  • support our members to involve themselves in initiatives to improve diversity at the Bar;
  • taking positive action to encourage applications from under-represented groups to apply for pupillage at Chambers to best support equality of opportunity in our recruitment process.

Crown Chambers makes this statement to signal its intent to fight racism and discrimination in all its forms and will continue to review and develop our action plan by assessing and reflecting on its progress.
