Maya Hanson secures acquittals in grievous bodily harm case.
Maya Hanson achieved outstanding results for her client, securing unanimous acquittals on all four counts in a serious grievous bodily harm case, including an allegation of attempting to cause grievous bodily harm with intent, contrary to section 18 of the Offences Against the Person Act 1861.
Following a four-day trial at Grimsby Crown Court, the jury returned unanimous not guilty verdicts on all counts.
