ABOUT ELIZABETH

Elizabeth practises across a broad range of specialist areas, including contract, commercial and business disputes, land and property (including landlord and tenant), manufacturing, regulatory matters and environmental law. She has particular expertise in arboriculture, including disputes concerning trees, forests and hedges.

A Legal 500-recognised mediator, Elizabeth is highly sought after for her extensive experience in resolving disputes across a wide range of sectors, particularly manufacturing and retail. She has successfully mediated disputes of varying sizes and complexity, bringing specialist knowledge of manufacturing, contractual and property disputes to the mediation process.

Elizabeth’s experience in land and property disputes includes:

Before coming to the Bar, Elizabeth worked in industry for international organisations across the retail, manufacturing, food and pharmaceutical sectors. She has extensive experience leading high-level negotiations and resolving contractual disputes involving multi-million-pound sums on a global scale.

Alongside her work with major international organisations, Elizabeth has experience supporting smaller manufacturers, farming groups and sole traders. This breadth of experience enables her to understand the differing commercial pressures, priorities and challenges faced by businesses of all sizes.
