Multi-skilled Barrister joins Crown Chambers
Crown Chambers is delighted to welcome new Barrister Benjamin Donnell to their growing team.
Benjamin joins Crown Chambers following his Pupillage under the supervision of leading criminal Barrister David Godfrey, and will practice in criminal, civil, and family law cases.
Growing up in Lancaster, Benjamin now resides in Hull and enjoys prosecuting and defending in the Magistrates Court as well as regularly attending PTPH and sentencing hearings. He is instructed to defend clients through to conclusion by trial in the Crown Court. A member of the Middle Temple, Benjamin holds an impressive record of achievements during his studies winning competitions and being appointed as Master of Moots at BPP Law School and The Eldon Society. Benjamin has also spent over 2 years working as a County Court Advocate for LPC Law attending hearings across the North of England and dealing with legal matters related to housing, contract, and general civil litigation.
Benjamin enjoys a varied range of cases, across all geographical areas and recently won a multi-track case by trial in York. Benjamin joins the team at Crown Chambers to specialise in criminal law, civil law as well as family cases
