ABOUT LUCY

Lucy joined Crown Chambers in October 2026 as a Pupil Barrister, under the supervision of Pupil Supervisor Kim Gordhandas.

Since October 2022, Lucy has attended over 1,500 hearings as a County Court Advocate, including small claims trials, possession proceedings, consumer credit disputes, OIC personal injury claims, consumer rights, bankruptcy, and interim applications. This role has put Lucy's vocational skills into practice including managing her own caseload, liaising with instructing solicitors, negotiating with defendants and formulating submissions in Court.

In Lucy's spare time, she enjoys playing the piano and has performed professionally at various events, including weddings, restaurants, hotels and church services. Lucy also enjoys going to the theatre, attending gigs and concerts and reading.
