ABOUT SARAH

Sarah Middleton was a qualified Solicitor who was called to the Bar in 2021. She is a member of the Middle Temple and Family Law Bar Association (FLBA).

Sarah accepts instructions in regulatory proceedings. Through her previous roles with the Environment Agency and Humberside and South Yorkshire Police, Sarah has developed an extensive knowledge of regulatory law. Sarah has vast experience in police misconduct work and coronial law.

Sarah sits as an Assistant Coroner and undertakes work on behalf of Interested Persons in inquests. Sarah has considerable experience of all types of inquests including jury inquests and Article 2 inquests.

Sarah, as a previous Force Solicitor and a current Legally Qualified Chair to police misconduct proceedings, is an experienced advocate in police misconduct hearings and accepts instructions from police forces and on behalf of police officers.

Sarah also practises in Family Law and accepts instructions in both private law and public law cases.
