Called to the Bar in 2015, Olivia specialising in all areas of family law having completed her pupillage in family law at Northampton Chambers in 2019/20 before joining Crown in September 2020.

Olivia is well known as being a force to be reckoned with and a fearless advocate for her clients.

Olivia represents Local Authorities, parents and children in the public law arena.  Olivia is frequently instructed in cases involving complex allegations of physical, sexual and emotional abuse.  Olivia has lead and been lead in some of the most complex cases in our locality.

In the private law arena, Olivia has represented parents in extremely difficult cases and often represents those who face prospects of having a limited role in their children's lives if robust representation is not provided.  Olivia has established a reputation for securing a role for parents facing the most difficult intractable disputes in their children's lives.

Olivia also works in cases involving domestic violence, securing injunctions and disputing injunctions.

Olivia has established a strong practice in financial remedies following the breakdown of marriage and has represented clients in cases where the assets are limited to high value cases.

Olivia is direct access qualified and has assisted many litigants in person in private children disputes and financial remedy disputes at hearings where those litigants in person felt that they needed full representation.  She can also assist in the drafting of documents and providing advice to those going through court proceedings representing themselves to give them a helping hand where required.
