Neelam has experience of undertaking her own cases involving complex and serious matters, as well as being led by Senior Counsel and King’s Counsel on a number of occasions involving significant sexual abuse and physical harm cases. Neelam is thereafter solely responsible for dealing with the welfare stage of the case.

She is able to transfer her experience from her Public Law cases into these cases, which more often than not, raise similar serious allegations.

Neelam is also frequently instructed in urgent hearings for removal, Emergency Protection Orders, Deprivation of Liberty Orders and matters concerning the Court of Protection.
